Dengan belanjawan ini, anda boleh menentukan harga maksima hartanah yang ingin anda beli. Sebagai panduan, komitmen bulanan seperti ansuran rumah, kereta dan lain-lain bayaran tidak boleh melebihi 1/3 daripada pendapatan kasar isi rumah.
